Billing & refunds
Subscription charges, cancellations and refund requests. Please include the date and amount of the charge, and the payment ID from your receipt. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy may answer you faster than we can.
Privacy & data
Data access, correction and erasure requests, and anything else covered by our Privacy Policy. You can also delete your account yourself, in Settings → Delete my data, without emailing anyone.

Cancel a subscription
Web subscriptions: Settings → Subscription in the web app. App subscriptions: through your Apple ID or Google Play settings. Full steps are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Delete your account and data
Settings → Delete my data removes your profile and course enrolment from our servers and wipes local progress from your device. No email needed.

Every plan and its price is on the Pricing page, in rupees and inclusive of GST, with no sign-in required.
